Rehearsal Studios

Studio 6

Studio 6 is a small performance space aligned in a proscenium format where many student projects are produced. The space is used for acting and directing classes and also serves as an undergraduate and graduate rehearsal and performance space. It is located in the basement of the Theatre Building.

Studio 112

Studio 112 is a multipurpose space. With its wooden sprung dance floor and natural lighting, it functions as an acting studio, movement and dance studio, classroom, and rehearsal room for Penn State Centre Stage and student productions. It is located on the first floor of the Theatre Building.

Studio 114

Studio 114 is a multipurpose space. With its wooden sprung dance floor, mirrored wall, and natural lighting, it functions as an acting studio, movement and dance studio, classroom, and rehearsal room for Penn State Centre Stage and student productions. It is located on the first floor of the Theatre Building.

Studio 119

Studio 119 is a 30'x50' multipurpose space. With its wooden sprung dance floor, mirrored walls with black drapes, and light grid, it functions as an acting studio, movement and dance studio, classroom, rehearsal room, and performance space. A storage area contains rehearsal sets, props, and stage fighting equipment. It is located on the first floor of the Theatre Building.

Pavilion Studio

A mid-size dance studio, the Pavilion Studio has a variety of uses, from dance, acting, and directing classes to rehearsal space for off-centre and mainstage productions. It is located directly below the Pavilion Theatre.
